Hugo Villavicencio
General Manager
Master's degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Alaska Anchorage, specializing in Ecotoxicology and Limnology. His research addresses trophic ecology and bioaccumulation of toxic metals in Lake Atitlan, Guatemala. As General Manager of SIUCOM, he leads IoT network projects for real-time environmental monitoring, promoting sustainability and food security. He is also an Adjunct Professor at the State University of New York at Oneonta, where he shares a course on water and environment in Guatemala.

Gaspar Yataz
Specialist in Data Analysis
Mathematician graduated from Universidad del Valle de Guatemala specialized in data analysis and scientific research. He has experience in Big Data analysis, science and architecture. As well as in the creation of intelligent real-time visualizations for various business and climate areas. He has published scientific articles in international and local journals; among the outstanding research is the study of Solar Temperature Variations, using the SORCE-SIM satellite in collaboration with NASA Goddard Space Flight Center, and promotes the study of astronomy and Mayan mathematics.

Master in Business Administration and Bachelor in Environmental Engineering. Her background focuses on overseeing business operations to ensure their effectiveness. She has outstanding experience in environmental management, process optimization with tools such as ArcGIS, and application of advanced techniques such as grafting and hydroponics. He has led environmental impact studies, ensuring regulatory compliance and improving the operational efficiency of organizations.

Alan Santiago

Electronic Engineer with a specialization in Renewable Energy, multidisciplinary professional engaged in designing, developing, programming, testing and supervising the manufacturing of electronic equipment, communications systems, or power generation equipment, with experience in positions of Datacenter and Communications Project Manager responsible for planning, executing and supervising projects related to critical IT infrastructure, including datacenters, networks and communications systems.

He has been a leading coordinator in key projects for agricultural development and climate resilience in Guatemala, leading high impact initiatives with institutions such as GRUPO CORPORATIVO FUNDEA and the Ministry of Agriculture. His experience includes the management of IDB funded projects and the implementation of REDD+ strategies. Alan has proven skills in strategic planning, inter-institutional coordination and resource management for the achievement of ambitious goals in rural development and environmental sustainability.
